春学期のクラス
さぁさぁ、春学期も始まって早速超忙しいです。
今学期は6つクラス取っているので、先学期の４つに比べると学業面での忙しさがパワーアップです。
①SCM&IT：このクラスはＩＴを使ってどうやって流通（更にはＣＲＭ等）でアドバンテージを得るかについて語ります。ケースとしては、Ａｐｐｌｅのハブシステム、セブンイレブン・ジャパン、Ｃｙｓｃｏ・・・等などを勉強していく予定。
②Networking Strategy：自社で製造～販売まで全てをＩｎ－Ｈｏｕｓｅで行う時代→アウトソースに移行している今現在、どの様に他社とＮｅｔｗｏｒｋｉｎｇを行い生き延びるのか？がテーマのクラスです。シリコンバレーはベンチャーキャピタルやサプライヤーとのネットワークが命なので、「シリコンバレーサバイバルガイド」ともいえるクラスです。毎回ケーススタディで、Ｓｕｎ Microsystems、ＨＰ等の社長が直々ケースを教えにきてくれます。
③Corporate Finance：ＣＦＯの立場に立ち、どうやって会社のファイナンスを決定していくのか？という事について学びます。ほぼ毎回ケースがあり、教科書で学んだフレームワークを基に各自財務モデル等を作成し（毎ケース3時間位のＥｘｃｅｌの作業です・・・）、最終的に自分がＣＦＯならこういう決断をするという決断をし、授業に臨む感じですね。
④Organizational Learning：企業はどの様にして前例から学ぶのか？という漠然としたテーマのクラス。余り乗り気ではないのですが、スケジュールにフィットするので一応取っています。
⑤Human Resources：人事のクラスですね。人事システムと企業戦略をどうやって結びつけるか？どうやって良い人材をリクルート・確保するのか？等など、トピック的にはおもしろそうなのですが、5週間のクラスなので果たしてどこまで学べるのか不安です。
⑥Non-marketing Strategy：戦略にはＭａｒｋｅｔｉｎｇ戦略（どうやって他社に打ち勝つか？等）と、Ｎｏｎｍａｒｋｅｔ戦略があり、このクラスでは後者に重点を置きます。例えばどう政府と関わるべきか、消費者団体とどう接するべきか、メディア対応はどうするべきか、ＥＵとのビジネス、中国との関係、ＷＴＯとの関係・・・等などです。このクラスは必須科目なのですが、個人的には選択科目としては選ばないだろうなぁ～と思う分、「どんな風にディスカッションして、どの程度身に付く事が学べるのかな？」と結構興味深々です。
とりあえずどのクラスも毎回教科書・記事のリーディング＋ケースがあるので、めっちゃ忙しい！
